Please note that our Thespa evening is on Wednesday 29th November.
We had a very entertaining evening in October and I am sure November will be stimulating.
We start with our A.G.M. Hopefully you all have received the paperwork. Please let me know if you have not had the 2 attachments sent on Oct 30th.
This month we are presenting “your own,your very own”, Colin Pollard, master of the gavel in many Old Time Music Halls. I'm sure he will give us some amusing anecdotes as well as fascinating facts.
We will have our usual 3 course meal from Terry then:-
Our evening continues with a play called “Silver Wedding” written by our own
The Board would like to inform you in advance that we hope to ratify our new Statutes at the A.G.M. We only have 2 slight alterations from the past which are:-
that Board members may be in place for 4 years,if they so desire and our Season will follow the Fiscal year.
That means that all current memberships will be valid until December. We look forward to new nominations to the Board as we have only the minimum people required at the moment.
Sadly our present President has regretfully announced that he is standing down. We will miss his banter, his hard work & dedication.

We need to know exactly how many in your party and who will be will be coming. We also need to know if there are any special dietary requirements. Please let us know by Friday 20th making sure that we have a phone contact number or email address.
Please remember that members pay €16 for the evening and guests €18. It would be much appreciated if you could bring the correct amount to avoid giving change

Whether you email your booking or telephone please let us have the following information
· Your name
· Number of places required and names of those in your party
· Whether you want the set meal or the “vegetarian” option
· How to contact you
Please note all food is purchased to order as none is stored on the premises. Please choose your meal and make sure that you eat the one you ordered.(Recorded on the Table List). If you have special dietary needs Terry makes every effort to cater for them BUT he must know in advance.
As usual the performance will be at the Masonic Hall, Los Boliches, Fuengirola. A map indicating the Masonic Hall can be found on 'The Contact Page' of the website: www.theatrecostadelsol.com
Please make your reservations by Friday before the performance so that Terry can organise the catering.
The performance will begin at 7.30 pm prompt Please note that F.O.H. will be opening at 6.45 pm to allow you time to pay for tickets and go to the bar. Seating in the Main Hall will be arranged ( at the discretion of the Board) in time for you to settle into your seats. Please aim to be in your seats by 7.25. to avoid disruption once the performance has begun.
The entrance charge remains the same at €16 for members and €18 for guests.
Please endeavour to have the correct money ready to avoid delays.
